Whole Chicken 1
Tomatoes ½ kg
Red Chilie Powder 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds 2 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Oil 1 cup
Ingredients for dum Masala
Finely Chopped Ginger 50 gms
Green Chillies 50 gms
Dry Fenugreek 1 tbsp
Coriander Leaves 1 bunch
Allspices Powder 2 tsp
Whole Coriander Seeds (Crushed) 2 tsp
Lemon Juice 4 tbsp
In a pan, dip whole chicken in water let it cook.When chicken tenders remove from the stove.
Now heat oil, add ginger garlic paste and cumin seeds.
When aroma comes, add chicken and fry it on high flame.
Add tomatoes, red chili powder, salt and turmeric powder.Cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
When chicken is done, add green chillies, dry fenugreek, finely chopped ginger, bunch of coriander leaves, allspices powder, crushed whole coriander seeds and lemon juice cover it for 10 minutes.
